BLUEGEE is a manufacturer of professional AV signal transmission equipment, established in 2013 and located in Shenzhen, China. We operate our own 800 m² facility with 6 production lines and a team of 100, and supply distributors, system integrators and brand owners worldwide.
Our main product range covers HDMI / DisplayPort extenders, splitters and switchers, matrix switchers, KVM over IP and fiber transmission, plus OEM / ODM programmes. We customise housings, PCB design, firmware behaviour, packaging and documentation to match your brand standard — from a single evaluation unit to full volume production.
We work to the certifications required by each destination market and can support the approval process for your specific order requirements. Every unit is burn-in tested and batch-traceable before shipment.

From a single HDMI extender to a campus-wide fiber matrix, our products share one design principle: deliver the original pixels and bits, unchanged, over any distance. We support both off-the-shelf supply and fully customised OEM/ODM programmes.

Factory & production
All production takes place in our own 800 m² facility in Shenzhen, running 6 production lines with a team of 100. Monthly output is 10,000 units. Hardware and firmware engineers sit alongside the production floor, so custom tuning and revision cycles happen on site rather than being handed to a third party.

Quality control
Every unit passes incoming material inspection, in-circuit testing, signal verification against a reference source and display, and a burn-in cycle before packing. Batches are traceable by serial range, and outgoing inspection follows AQL sampling. Failures are logged and fed back into the design and supplier review process.

OEM / ODM & lead times
We run private-label and custom-development programmes including housing and PCB modification, firmware behaviour, packaging and documentation. Standard products ship quickly from stock; customised runs are scheduled after sample approval.
