1. Who we are
Shenzhen Bluegee Technology Co., Ltd. (“BLUEGEE”, “we”, “us”) is a manufacturer of professional AV connectivity hardware based in Shenzhen, China. This policy explains what personal data we collect through bluegee.cn and how we handle it. For any privacy question, contact sales@bluegee.cn.
2. Information we collect
- Inquiry form. When you submit the contact / quotation form we receive the details you provide: name, email address, company name, estimated quantity and your message.
- Email. If you email us, we receive your address and the contents of your message.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal data (for example government ID numbers or payment card details) through this website.
3. How we use your information
- To answer your inquiry and prepare quotations.
- To handle ongoing orders, samples, OEM/ODM discussions and after-sales support.
- To keep basic business records of our customer communications.
We use your details for these business purposes only. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who has access
Our own sales and support staff. Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider that processes server logs on our behalf. We do not otherwise share personal data with third parties except where required by law.
5. Cookies
This website uses only the cookies necessary for the site to function (for example session handling). We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Retention
Inquiry correspondence is kept while it is relevant to our business relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see section 7).
7. Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email sales@bluegee.cn and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to inquiry emails is limited to our sales and support staff. No data transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send confidential information through the form that is not needed for your inquiry.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
